How Our Personal Training Program Can Help You
Spark Fitness’s personal training program is designed to provide individualized attention and support to help you achieve your fitness objectives. Our personal trainers create customized workout plans based on your goals, fitness level, and preferences. With one-on-one sessions, you’ll receive expert guidance, motivation, and adjustments to your training plan to ensure you stay on track and see results. Our primary emphasis is strength training – this is because it is the most overall beneficial thing you can do for your health and appearance. You’ll focus on getting strong, taking proper rest in between sets (much longer than most people think) and leveling up!
Personalized Workouts, Tracked Results in our App
Our personal training is highly personal! Everything about your workout is planned in advance from the warm up, to exercise selection, to weight, sets, reps, rest, and everything else to ensure you are getting the best workout for you. All of this is published (with great resources, videos, articles, etc) to you in our app, and your progress is tracked there so it’s EXTREMELY easy to see your progress over time. Expert Guidance to Build Muscle, Get Strong, and Become a Badass
You might already be a badass – and we’ll take you to the next level either way! You’ll receive personalized instruction from our skilled strength coaches. We provide detailed feedback and tips to optimize your performance and achieve your goals. You’ll build muscle, get stronger tendons and ligaments, get denser bones, be more flexible, stable, healthy, and of course, more toned and sexier! (Here is how we use personal training to build glutes.) Being strong makes you more useful, adaptable, less prone to injury, and just plain old harder to kill in general than being weak.

Support System and Accountability
Most people know what they need to do – they just need outside accountability to make it happen. You will benefit from the encouragement and accountability of our coaches and community. We help you set manageable goals and help you meet fun strength standards. A rampant issue in Personal Training is clients not using your sessions – and we solved that. We schedule your sessions every week to make sure you use them, check your attendance, and do a monthly progress review to make sure you are progression the way you need to! Personal training at Spark Fitness is a great way to get your 1:1 workout in, while still meeting and interacting with other awesome people!
We have 3 Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced
